Since 2016, in the engine room
of the event industry.
MX EventConcepts is an owner-operated company based in Karlsruhe, Germany. We plan and deliver events, trade-show appearances and brand spaces — nationally and internationally.
10 years. Still curious.
Founded in 2016, MX EventConcepts has grown from a technical-services provider into a partner that takes full ownership of events: concept, technical planning, permitting, build, show and teardown.
Along the way, we've supported festivals with tens of thousands of attendees, shipped trade-show booths across continents, and brought to life places no one thought could host an event. What remains is a very practical understanding of where projects tend to go wrong — and how to prevent it.
How We Work
Four principles that have proven themselves reliable over 10 years.
Honest Estimates
A realistic budget up front beats an unpleasant invoice at the end. We tell you early what a project will cost — and what it isn't worth spending on.
Safety First
Structural loads, fire safety, emergency egress and load calculations aren't a formality. They're the reason everyone gets home safely.
One Point of Contact
No hand-off chain. Whoever plans your project is also on-site for the build and reachable throughout the event.
We Leave Traces — Only in Memory
Clean teardown, documented handover. The venue looks the way it did before. Your guests remember it anyway.
